This is a very unique style apartment. This suite separates the building so the advantage of receiving the largest balcony is great when you're having your summer barbeque with family and friends. The unit is the only one bedroom apartment to feature his and her closets, and plenty of room in the bedroom for a bed, computer desk and an armour. The living area is more triangle in shape, thus giving it it's unique decor. This unit comes with an open concept kitchen which comprises of an island counter and extra storage in the laundry room.

Our Jubilee suite is our smallest one bedroom: however, has characteristics not found with any of the other one bedroom suites. This apartment has a full length breakfast bar counter in the kitchen which allots space for bar stools, leaving plenty of space for living room furniture. The bedroom also consists of mirror bi-fold closet doors, which is great for those who need a full length mirror.
